Review of Herringbone Las Vegas

Staff tried hard but just needs training. What I did eat was really good but the server was under the impression the heat from the fryer killed the gluten in the food for fried items. And the hostess out front told me everything was fried in rice flour anyway but the server didn’t ever say that. Anyway, my salad was wonderful. My steak was nice and my gluten eating husband can’t stop talking about how good his was! My husband told the manager, when he came around, that we enjoyed our meal but to please train the staff and that we don’t mind being asked, “Is this a preference or an allergy?” Yes!!
