Great ice cream and the owner is very helpful! Flavors are clearly marked and he was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and many types of allergies. He’ll either open a new tub for you if possible, or use a clean spade to scrape away a layer of ice cream in an open tub to get to the clean ice cream underneath. The place is messy but the ice cream was great and the owner clearly really cared about making it safe for me, and he’s a very entertaining guy lol
This place was amazing! The owner, Paul, was a very gracious host. He delivers a great speil for new customers that explains everything he offers. He took extra special care to avoid cross contamination: he brought out new scoops, and he used spades to move the ice cream from the center core to ensure that he only served me ice cream that had been previously untouched by other scoops. Also, the flavors that don't contain gluten are clearly identified. We enjoyed our dessert tremendously, chatted with Paul for quite a long time, and felt great afterwards.
