Bujna alles kan glutenvrij gemaakt worden, echter ligt kruisbesmetting op de loer. De sachertaart kon ik niet weerstaan en heb sinds lange tijd hierin een risico genomen. Maar de taart was heerlijk!

The one in Torget has very high risk of contamination since flour it’s everywhere because they run a bakery lab almost all day. Yes all the dishes can be made GF but is it safe? I don’t think so…

Friendly staff offered to make a GF sandwich however I like - really good one in fact. Both in house or to-go available.
