The Hey Chick food truck in common market has the best gluten free fried chicken I have ever had, the buns were amazing. There are dedicated fryers and their waffle fries are GF too. They have a gluten free toaster for the baps. Really knowledgeable staff. You’ll forget you are a coeliac when you are eating it it’s that good
