They have Udi's buns for the burgers - the main part of the menu. Of the vegetarian burgers, only one (the falafel) was gluten free. Our waitress was very helpful and knew about cross contamination. She said they only have one frier so unfortunately the fries were not an option. When we got our burgers I realized that the falafel patty was fried but I didn't have a reaction so it may have been pan fried. It was delicious, as were the drinks and desserts.

They have gluten free buns either Udis are prepared from “the bakery next door” I’m not sure if that bakery is gluten free. Buns are cooked on a griddle while burgers are done on a grill.
They do not have a dedicated fryer but their burgers don’t come with fries to begin with.
The server(owner?) Asked to be reminded what gluten free means. They were very nice about it but it was concerning. We asked them to change gloves and did not get sick.
