This place is amazing! The burger and waffle fries were very good. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries so they are gluten free. They also have a gluten free bun for the burgers as well. Definitely a go to when in Lincoln!

I wish I lived near here, I’d dine here every week! If you’re wondering where to dine, this place is awesome!

They have so many gluten free options and most of their sides are gluten free, as they have a dedicated fryer for them.

We dined here for lunch yesterday afternoon and loved everything about it. The two staff members, a young man and young woman, we encountered could not have been more pleasant. They were warm and welcoming and beyond helpful. I felt the most comfortable dining there than anywhere else I’ve ever been.

And the food was amazing! I’m going to attach pictures of the menu, but unfortunately forgot to take pictures of the food when it came. I will attach pics of the empty plates though, lol! Everyone loved what they got. We all got burgers, I had the sweet potato fries, my son had the waffle fries and hubby had a side salad. I was the only one that got a gf burger, the Pepperjack Stuffed burger. The bun was soft and didn’t fall apart at all. It was like real bread. The burger was plump and juicy and flavorful. I was going to just eat half and save half for dinner, but it was so good I ate the whole thing. My son devoured his burger and wanted to return for dinner. My husband raved about his too and said he wished he could work his way through their extensive line up of creative burger masterpieces. This is, without a doubt, our favorite restaurant now. Sadly, we live in Texas, but come to NE twice a year. This will be a permanent stop each time we come up.

These people know what their doing. If you want great food, in a safe environment, this is the place!

Very good! We had the nicest waiter who was helpful and kind! We got gf buns on our hamburgers, which everyone on this site loves, but wasn’t my favorite although my daughter and husband thought they were okay. The hamburgers were so good!!! I loved the waffle fries and the sweet potato fries were soooo good!!!! We don’t have celiac but I am very sensitive to gluten and felt great after our meal.

The hostess was very knowledgeable on the phone. We ordered food to go. It was fabulous and very carefully prepared. Highly recommend for those with Celiac.

Excellent! We actually met the owners and they explained how they got into gluten free celiac accommodations. Food was tasty, substantial, and affordable. My partner has celiac and he was able to eat and feel well.

The celiac in our group really enjoyed this restaurant. There is a dedicated fryer and New Grist in bottles. Waffle fries and sweet potato fries are gluten free. Delicious and highly recommended.

We went out of way to go there as we traveled through town because DEDICATED FRYER! I had the HF Philly on gf bun and sweet potato fries. Very good! Too much food and I couldn’t finish it all.

Dedicated Fryer for the sweet potato and waffle fries, the three fry sauces are also gluten-free. Most of the burger options are gluten-free and have the option for a gluten-free bun if you choose. They literally said, we take care of our gluten-free customers, as I ordered my meal. Would recommend.

My son is GF & we were in town for soccer tournament. We ate here two days in a row. First day he had burger with waffle fries. He said it was the best GF bun he has ever had. Second day he had wings. He said those were delicious too. No issues at all either day. 👍

I love eating here! It’s the one place in town where I can enjoy a GF bun, fries, and GF beer. The honey chipotle sauce is so good. However, I recently called about their wings which are marked as GF on their website and menu. I haven’t tried those before and wanted to clarify before I placed the order. The associate I spoke to told me that was a mistake and that their wings do contain a small amount of gluten. I replied that this needs to be changed on the menu and was told “ok I’ll let my managers know” and then they hung up. I don’t think I was rude, but point stands, items that aren’t gluten free shouldn’t be marked gluten free. Besides that I normally have a great experience and the wait staff is usually nice and informative.

I did not get sick. I didn’t love the bun as much as other people who visited. Good, quick, easy dinner, though!

The only reason why this isn’t five stars is our waitress was not an assuring resource for the gluten free options on the menu and did little to assure that there would be no cross contamination. The only reason I felt comfortable eating after that was previous glowing reviews. But the food was amazing! Probably the best Burger and fries I have had since my celiac diagnosis. I also loved the fry dips! I will probably return.

HF Crave has the best gluten free buns. My only wish is that they were a little bit bigger to fit the size of the burgers. The burgers and sweet potato fries are the best in town. My go to local burger joint.

One of the best burgers I've had in years. Offer GF buns that are very good. They were very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and were very helpful.

They say said they have a separate fryer for their frys but still warned us about possible cross contamination. So we opted not to try. My daughter is hyper sensitive so did t risk it. It's definitely worth s try. Soooo good.

Ps I agree with heather. Guac burger was the best.
