Review of HG Sply Co

Excellent food. The top of the menu states that any of their dishes can be prepared gluten free. My waitress was careful to ask if I had an intolerance, allergy, or celiac so that she could inform the kitchen to be careful about cross contamination. It is quite pricey in my opinion, but the food quality and extensive menu are a plus.
