Hi-Pointe Drive-In

We were pretty disappointed with this place. We were driving through St Louis on our way to Chicago and wanted some place easy off the freeway. We put in a to-go order and picked it up.

Order was only 1/2 correct… because of that, we weren’t sure if they even saw we needed everything GF; we were hesitant eating… but the buns were typical terrible GF buns that immediately fall apart so we presumed safe. Food was ok at best. Sweet potato tater tots were amazing; shakes were good.

Next time we’re in St Louis, we’ll skip this place. Lots of other GF options in the area.

Great spot and cashier was very knowledgeable! They offer gluten free buns or lettuce wraps if you prefer. Sides are also cooked in a dedicated gluten free fryer. Lots of options!

The burgers are great!! Nice gf bun. Eat in or out. Pickup too. Go boxes.
