Hibachi made in separate area, that was fine. Sushi, not so much, do not get it no matter how many times waitress says it’s gluten-free . It isn’t! Violently ill in restaurant
Yes
As soon as we said we were gluten-free they said they would cook our food separately in the kitchen. We were with a large party so we were still able to watch the chef cook all their food with the entertaining performance. But we didn’t have to worry about our food getting mixed with their is, or having to wait for two rounds of cooking, then cleaning the grill, they just handled it all separately and safely in the kitchen. Only suggestion might be to ask them to use gluten-free tamari because that flavor wasn’t as pronounced in our meal, but we still ate at all, it was delicious and we will definitely go back.
