We spent the day at Dollywood. I must be gluten, dairy and soy free. I had a Brisket Sandwich on gluten free bread with no sauce. They had Baby Rays sauce on the side. Tasted great. I couldn’t have fries but they had chips that worked.
Unfortunately this food booth at Dollywood is not paleo friendly as listed. The turkey leg is prepared with sugar and soy - not a paleo preparation. Quite disappointing.
Had the turkey leg here and it was great! The pork and brisket are also gluten free and they have a gluten free bun upon request! Ate here with no issues!

My daughter with symptomatic celiac disease had a turkey leg. We told the cashier we had a gluten allergy and the lady told us she would change her gloves. My daughter enjoyed the turkey leg and had no issues afterwards.
