Review of Hickory's Smokehouse Derby

I had an excellent experience here. I called ahead and was assured they use a separate kitchen area for GF orders, including a GF fryer. Their GF menu is extensive and also includes a GF beer. I was with a large group and my order was taken separately and the server double checked the system for allergens. Both my food and drink came with little allergy flags. I felt really looked after and loved that there was so much choice. Just a little bit sad there was no GF milkshake option.
