We just tried to have breakfast at The Hideout, I had to explain what gluten was to our server. Upon reaching out to the manager, they informed us that the potatoes for the breakfast along with the flat top are used to fry tempura and toast bread, respectively. They do have gluten-free bread, but made us aware that if we wanted to have it heated up, they were unsure about the surface. We decided to dine elsewhere, but wanted to share our experience.
