Only GF option is lettuce wrap, but they did mark it clearly as allergy/celiac and confirmed several times. I wouldn’t choose it as a GF destination, but if your friends are all going there, you can get a lettuce wrap and they seemed pretty careful about safety.

This place gets a lot of hype from everyone at Poly so I was surprised to go and find no gf bread/ wrap options. For a college sandwich shop in CA with build your own and vegan options, you’d think they’d throw a gf bread on the menu? The lettuce wrap option was okay but just not worth the trip
