Not celiac friendly. In addition the food is not good. They have things marked as GF on their menu but it is a bait and switch. Chips are not safe on the nachos which our server at first said were but then came back and said they were not.gluten free. When we asked about cross contamimnation she said "do you mean shellfish?" Go to Cibolo Moon in the same resort which is great for those with celiac disease.
