Review of High West Distillery & Saloon

Almost left because the hostesses didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about. We saw a chef come out and asked him about it and he was amazing and super accommodating. The special for the evening was gluten free and amazing. oh, and I'm celiac and didn't get sick.
