We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton while in Orlando with our children. I reached out to the hotel a few weeks before our trip and was promptly contacted by Chef Jeremy Soares. Our 9 yr old daughter has Celiac Disease. Chef Jeremy personally went shopping for her after asking her favorite meals. He created her a menu based on those foods. We were able to eat at any establishment on the property and everyone there was ready for us when we arrived. He was in constant contact with us via email and always able to be reached. I would definitely go back to The Ritz Orlando to stay or just for a safe meal for our daughter!
