The staff is knowledgeable. We have stayed and eaten here a few times since I was diagnosed and it’s been good. The breakfast buffet is clearly labeled (the locally made sausage is GF) and they immediately offered to make me GF toast and scrambled eggs. Dinner/lunch menu is clearly labeled. Not tons of options but enough. Food is good. Love the hotel so I am happy that I can eat here too. Wish they had more options but there is enough.
