Opened 30m late, and staff had no idea on gluten or fryer or anything. Guess they have a lot of staffing issues. They have no gluten free menu, and only offer gluten free buns.

Enjoyed Mahi Mahi blackened on a gluten free bun. Best bun I’ve ever had gf!! Ordered a side salad with no croutons!! Staff is knowledgeable! I’ll be back.
