Staff was not particularly helpful but the food was good and fresh. Chips come prepackaged and chicken is pulled, so my celiac son enjoyed some nachos. Nice little laid back taco/burrito place in Highlands.

Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac disease. They do not even have a fryer on site. Their corn tortillas are made in house and pressed on a grill which they will clean before your order in addition to using foil to insulate your food in the press. They also have chips and hard taco shells that come prepackaged and the label indicates that they are gluten free. Also, it’s delicious!

Was able to safely accomodate celiac needs, due to the fact that all toppings are fresh made, without gluten. The manager knew about the special needs of this disease. Had the delicious nachos deluxe including sour cream, and queso. The meat was steak and was like a tender chuck roast...price modest. The food handler changed gloves, as they do serve wheat tortillas. No negative reaction.
