Highwind Brewing Company

Highland Brewing Company just opened! Their gluten free pizza is delicious. I had a margherita pizza on the cauliflower crust, but they also have a thick gluten free crust (yet to try). I’m not into beer so I didn’t check to see if they had gf beer. They do have a cocktail that was pretty good though! The vibes are great! I love that the community pulled together to open this place up. It’s opening in stages. First the brewery with a pizza restaurant (now open). The next stages will include another food option, a speakeasy, an event center, and a rooftop bar.
