A taqueria created by a former chef at Noma. Also featured in the Copenhagen episode on Somebody Feed Phil. They were quite knowledgeable about gluten and knew the ingredients in their marinade etc. (something to not take for granted). The veggie and pork tacos were gluten free, as well as, the nachos with salsa and guacamole!
