Review of Hill Country Barbecue

At first we were a little unsure, but after speaking with a manager he talked us through all of their practices. He seemed very knowledgeable about cross contamination and when we asked he talked his staff through everything to make sure we felt safe. On top of that the food was incredible. Some of the best brisket I’ve had (and I smoke my own) and my fiancé said the chicken was great as well.
