No one could tell us what sides were gluten free. Three people, three answers including the chef who changed his mind on the beans and corn pudding and couldn’t decide. Finally got irritated at us and told us to have coleslaw and pickles. The guy serving the sides while eating teaspoons of corn pudding from the buffet added a nice touch. 🙄
No
Decent BBQ place. Most meats are GF, maybe half the sides, but sides are cafeteria style and cross-contamination from stuff falling into nearby bins while scooped is a very real possibility. In an area where a lot of the takeout GF kind of blurs together it's a great way to change up lunch, though.
Yes
Nearly all of the meats (except some of the sausages) are gluten-free. Many of the sides are gluten-free. Food is served cafeteria style. You order food at the counter. Meats are wrapped in paper. Sides are scooped into separate containers.

They do have a gluten free menu if you ask for it. I was very pleased with the selections and variety. The barbecue sauces are all gluten free as well.

No one really knew what gluten was- 1 person told us the BBQ sauce was gluten free and the other person told us it wasn't so we really didn't feel safe. We were in a bind for time so took the chance, but definitely shouldn't have. Lack of gluten free knowledge and inability to tell us what was safe or not was a big turn off. Food was also ice cold and definitely reheated from the day before

All sides are in the same area. Meat too and their sausage had gluten, but they’re probably not slicing sausage. He did change his gloves to serve GF sides.
GF sides were mashed sweet potatoes, collard greens, deviled eggs and cucumber salad. Corn bread isn’t gluten free. Brisket was not great. Turkey was delicious.

Ordering was bit confusing, but once figured out, it was fine. The brisket was some of the best I've ever eaten!
