Review of Hillbilly Farms Bakery

I haven't eaten lunch here, but I will some day. The desserts are great. It's not real close to me, but I make a special trip to see what she has to offer. She always has a good selection and I stock up on her cake mixes. I highly recommend. If you can't drive there, order her mixes. They are easy to "play with" and make new recipes. Other GF cake mixes can be a disaster. I used her coconut cake mix and make a Coconut Tres Leches. My oven broke in the middle, had to finish in a toaster oven and I thought I would have to throw it in the garbage. It was one of the best cakes I've ever had! Any other GF cake mix would have turned to mush with the liquids I poured over it. She is a genius... a sneaky scientist.
