Review of Hillbilly Farms Bakery

I first heard about Hillbilly Farms two years ago. I was watching the Tampa Bay 9 news, and they were interviewing the owner of Hillbilly Farms. Since I have celiac disease, I watched the interview and wrote down the name and address and headed to her quaint little country store/restaurant. I was amazed at all the gluten free baked items, as well as her own home made cake mixes, jams, steamed burgers, etc. I’m from Michigan and look forward to coming down here every year because she(Rhoda) makes the best gluten free foods around here. She also bakes bread and pies by phone orders.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful and so are the ladies who work here!! This is a dedicated gluten free facility!! I’ve tried almost everything here, and I’ve enjoyed it all, without the fear of getting sick. Thank you, Hollbilly Farms!! You have a fantastic business!!! I definitely give this place a 5 star rating!!!!!
