Review of Hillbilly Farms Bakery

100% gluten free facility. My gluten free kids were amazed that they could pick ANYTHING they wanted from the display case. They had an awesome variety. We ordered a whoopie pie, slice of Mississippi mud cake, and a strawberry rhubarb bar. All were delicious! In addition to fresh and frozen baked goods, they have a good selection of local loose leaf teas (including moringa), a coffee bar, sandwiches, and pasta side dishes. I took a chicken Alfredo to go- so good, and you wouldn’t even guess the pasta was gluten free.
