Not bad. Basically one your own as far as figuring out what you can eat, the waitresses will go ask the kitchen to check for you. Pretty basic stuff burger no bun kind of deal, not a dedicated fryer so no fries but bake potato is fine.
I've eaten here several times and they are always willing to make the dish GF if possible. The server told me they use a separate part of the grill for GF food. The Rasberry vinaigrette is the GF salad dressing and it's pretty tasty. The service can be hit and miss. One night we had to wait over 20 minutes for our server to come take our drink order, it wasn't even that busy. Another time my son ordered chicken wings and they weren't done so we sent them back and they were still not done (not sure how you re-cook sauced wings- microwave?). Another time we pulled up at 5-10 min before closing and they turned all of the lights off as we were parking so try to be there much earlier.
The waiter was very friendly. When I ordered my meal with no bun he double checked to see if I had a gluten or wheat allergy, offering to inform the chefs so they could make sure not to cross-contaminate cooking utensils and such. He explained that the only menu items that were gluten free 'as-is' would be the salads, but the chefs would know the ingredients on all menu items and could ensure if what I ordered (without a bun, etc) would be okay.
