Review of Hillstone Restaurant

I am an extremely sensitive Celiac. I ate there yesterday and informed my waiter and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure to inform everyone including the manager. I had an omelette with goat cheese and herbs and a kale salad. It was deleicious and I did not get sick
