Devastated that the spinach dip has gluten and the Hawaiian ribeye is marinated in soy sauce. But! The deviled eggs are safe, the chicken salad is safe, and the salmon and French fries are safe.
Hillstone is a staple for great atmosphere and wonderful service. Most of their signature sushi options can be made gluten free as well as several main courses. The food and drinks (i.e lemondrop) are outstanding and servers are very knowledgeable about cross contamination.

I love their sushi and French fries just wish they had more gf vegan options!
While there is no special menu, the staff was fantastic in identifying great options. I had a salad and a sushi roll and they were delicious.
