I’m sorry to say they no longer have a gluten-free menu, nor a gluten-free kitchen. They also warned us that all chicken and burger seasoning has gluten, everything cooked on shared grills, etc, etc. So disappointing after reading the high praise they received earlier.

I was informed that 2 months ago they stopped having gluten-free options. You can still order things off the menu that are probably GF, but they wouldn't vouch for anything being GF. Very disappointing. They used to have a really good gluten free menu. I had baked fish with fruit and it was bland but I didn't get sick.

No longer a dedicated gluten free facility due to a shortage on staff. You can only get baked fish or a salad without cross contamination, but thats not even guaranteed. I will miss my favorite chicken wings and waffle fries.

They reportedly have a separate prep area in the kitchen for gf meals, and have a decent gf menu. I’ve eaten from their gf menu many times and haven’t been noticeably glutened. The staff is knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable eating here.

Safe. Unbelievable portions. Had criss cross fries (they have a dedicated fryer) and mushroom swiss chicken sandwich. I expected bland but this was not the case. Flavorful and the GF bun was heavenly. Honey BBQ wings as an appetizer was an added plus.

Hilltop has excellent food and the best part is that it's gluten free menu has many options . I was told that the kitchen and servers are trained in cooking and handling gluten free food. Even the serving of he food is done separately ... The gf dish was served first , then the other. We will definitely stop here again.

What a great find!! I'm traveling up north for the weekend. Just got diagnosed with celiac a month ago... I was dreading the road trip with my family, not being able to eat normal fast food stops. But wow, this place was fantastic! VERY celiac friendly. Separate kitchen area for gluten free menu items. They even brought out my meal first (separate from my family's meals ordered)! This will definitely be our "go to" stop for eating when we make numerous trips in the future :)

Server took seriously. explained our GF and non GF food would come out separately because of separate kitchen area. Food was good and really like the GF bun on my chicken sandwich.

First day of the gf release. And it was tasty! Didn't get sick at all. With celiac is hard to find many places. Glad I work in a place that takes it serious.
