Staff is absolutely not trained and had no clue about what's glutenfree and were also unable to look it up or ask someone. They cleaned the appliances with a used cloth, that has likely also been used for oat milk. I had to ask them to redo it and clean it with a fresh cloth. They were very nice and polite though.

Great place to go if you have a family with a variety of food issues or picky! We did the buffet, lots of options, expensive but left with a satisfied family.

I was in the Hiltl House à la carte restaurant. The menu lists all allergenes, and there are many gf options, even some unexpexcted ones such as gnocchi and cheescake. Because of the latter, I wrote an email beforehand to check in whether the list of allergenes are indeed correct. They answered immediately, and confirmed that all these dishes are gf. The cheescake is made in the same oven, so maybe ask about risks of crosscontact when ordering. But I would def recommend the place.

Delicious buffet. Easy to determine what dishes have gluten or milk (or many other allergens). Popular vegetarian restaurant. Reasonably priced. Outdoor seating was very pleasant
