Ordered room service and called the number they have listed on the menu to discuss dietary requirements. I ordered a gluten free meal and stated I was coeliac. When my meal came, there was a rogue piece of french fry in the dish (not GF), very disappointing!

understood cross contamination and spoke to me about an alternative after I ordered because they weren't 100% sure that it was not contaminated.
