Review of Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront

Zero stars. No gluten free menu and wait staff not at all informed about gluten free options. I was told that I couldn't order from the menu because they use boxed eggs. But the menu states that it uses Vital Farm eggs. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he said No, not safe, boxed eggs. Ended up eating fruit as my meal. I'm not even sure why this hotel comes up on this app. It shouldn't. It only gets one star because the app made me give a star.
