Hotel restaurant had a refreshing amount of GF options indicated on the menu - see attached photos. They were even willing to whip up some fries in a pan for me, because they didn’t have a dedicated fryer and understood I couldn’t handle cross contact. I had also a burrata salad and gratin-baked chicken while I was there. I steered clear of other menu items marked GF that I thought might be fried - I’m not sure these would be celiac safe or not.
