Informed our server at breakfast that we could not have gluten and that it was an allergy. Server offered gluten free bread, I said I wasn't interested in gluten free bread I just needed to know if the kitchen could handle allergies and avoid cross-contact. Server said something along the lines of us not being the first people with allergies.
Food arrived with a tomato covered in breadcrumbs on the plate. The server didn't even inform the kitchen of the allergy.
I do not recommend dining here. I don't even recommend staying here. All around bad experience.

Ate here on a stay for a night layover. Would agree with other reviewer that they are trained to respond that the best allergy option is pasta with sauce. I went a different route and got a modified version of the Cobb salad with no bacon, no feta cheese (I'm also lactose intolerant), and lemons for the dressing. While it would taste better with all these add ons, I did not get sick. Chicken in salad is definitely safe. Seems like their menu has so much potential for allergies that they should promote it better.
Yes
They're default answer when you ask about GF is "we have GF pasta" I asked about the red pepper sauce on the Sea Bass 3 times, and then they still asked me if I wanted fried calamari. :-/
The waitstaff are trained somewhat on gluten issues. We lucked out with Juan, whose wife has a sensitivity, so he was able to clearly communicate my needs to the kitchen. He even brought me some gluten free bread to enjoy before the meal, while my husband had breadsticks. The food is lovely and a little pricey. We both left happy and sated.
