I want to start by saying the people at the resort are truly kind and knowledgeable, and they try to be accommodating as much as possible. That being said, options were very limited. The options available were safe and i am extremely sensitive to cc. I did enjoy the things i had. I asked for separate cooked items instead of buffet for breakfast they were happy to accommodate and there is a dedicated gluten free plate for the crepes. The crepes being delicious and safe (waiter even asked directly celiac vs just gluten free when seated) i enjoyed them immensely - as it seemed and was safest, i ate at the crepe stand everyday. From what we found on the island this is one of the safest, but should be aware options are very limited.

At breakfast, they do offer gluten free bread. If you want it toasted, it has to go on the rotary toaster, so there is high risk of CC. I am not super sensitive to cc, so it did not bother me. The menu for the poolside restaurant indicates GF, but some items list obvious gluten items like speculoos cookies. Order with caution. I did eat here for several days with no issue. You can’t go wrong with the Poisson Cru!!!
