I have celiac and severe allergy to soy we called room svs and talked with chef before ordering. Order gf bun burger fries and wings bc supposedly wings have own fryer and so do fries and somehow these crispy coating feeling fries are gf? Burger comes on brichoe roll and bacon which was known for soy so we call they apologize They tell us after I ate my burger that the meat had bread crumbs. Now Im having tmi issues. This was my bucketlist trip....I am so sick now. Dont trust! Wed be having no conversation if it was soy as im anaphalaxtic.

The breakfast buffet was not as wonderful as the previous poster reported. Breakfast staff treated me as if I was a bother. The Watermark restaurant upstairs did accommodate me by serving me a beautiful salad instead of the sides that came with my steak. They did not have a dedicated gluten free area at all.

Morning buffet has many options and sous chef will walk you through all the options. GF muffins and toast available upon request. They will also bring fresh jelly/jam from the back. Tater tots and potatoes have thier own dedicated fryer. Avoid sausages because of gluten binders.
