The breakfast buffet was not as wonderful as the previous poster reported. Breakfast staff treated me as if I was a bother. The Watermark restaurant upstairs did accommodate me by serving me a beautiful salad instead of the sides that came with my steak. They did not have a dedicated gluten free area at all.
Morning buffet has many options and sous chef will walk you through all the options. GF muffins and toast available upon request. They will also bring fresh jelly/jam from the back. Tater tots and potatoes have thier own dedicated fryer. Avoid sausages because of gluten binders.
