The food tasted good, but I have been sick for a full day. It is NOT gluten free (at least for celiac), there is no gluten free menu, and the waiters don’t really understand what gluten is

Dinner Beware!!! I am staying at th Hilton and wanted a quick meal. Ordered the Swordfish, asked 3 times if it was GF. It was listed over quinoa, black beans, and corn. Luckily after reading reviews I inspected my meal and it very clearly had barley mixed with the quinoa. I had the waiter check and the chefs response was "it's GF it just has a little barley" I will be putting in a formal complaint with Hilton.

My server was great, but the firecracker shrimp on the menu is labeled gf and is not (made with soy sauce). Thankfully my server was observant and asked to make sure before I ordered.

Staying here with my kids, the 7 year old has celiac. Get the GF tomato soup (labeled GF on the menu). Ask for it to be packed to go for our room and luckily, I looked at it before she ate it. Gluten croutons on the top. Total failure on the menu labeling and adding croutons when I identified we needed GF. Doesn't allow me to leave zero stars.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They have a gluten free menu that includes “scrambled eggs with wheat toast”. I asked if their other foods labeled as gf were safe for someone with celiac and thankfully the server said “to be honest with you, I would not recommend it”. Stay far away from their gf menu
