Review of Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana

Their 4th floor pool bar/restaurant has a number of items marked gf (and dairy free) on their menu. Watch out for items marked gf that are deep fried as their fryer is not dedicated so it’s not truly gf. I had a salad with seared tuna, parsnips and mango chutney. It was a bit small bit a good light meal which lounging at the pool
