This is not a dedicated facility but it is celiac friendly. The only thing with gluten in the facility is the naan bread so the risk of cross contamination low. The food is amazing and affordable. I have celiac disease and have never had problems here.

My wife and I were very sad when we went to the Himalaya restaurant on Mendocino in Santa Rosa six months ago and discovered that it had closed. But now the owners have opened a new restaurant in Cotati! Their Nepalese style food is to die for! One of their current specials is a fig and spinach coconut curry that is delicious. Our other favorite is the organic chicken tomato curry. Their chef is very innovative and has woven quinoa into their offerings, including a quinoa pudding for dessert that is fantastic. If you like Nepalese or Indian food you must try the Himalayan Vegan Organic restaurant!
