Himalayan wild yak

Food is delicious and flavorful. Although menu is not markedGF, according to the servers, most of the menu is gf with exception of a few items. Server recommend Yak Biriyani which he assured was gluten free. The dish was delicious and a large portion however after getting home I felt symptoms associated to my celiac. I tested some left overs with my Nima and it tested positive for gluten. My fault I didn’t ask if they have a separate area in kitchen to prepare GF dishes so it could have been cross contaminated. Either way proceed with caution.

— Good

We had a wonderful meal. Our original server was not able to answer our questions but took each question back to the kitchen for answers. Most of the food was naturally gluten free so I enjoyed many choices. I was served rice flour bread too. It was delightful to try something from a different culture and not be worried about getting sick.

Amazing yak biriyani! Served with a fried rice bread. Delicious. Although it’s not marked, most of the menu is gf and all the servers were knowledgeable.
