Hinode Sushi

Unfortunately my daughter got glutened. She suspects it was the ginger salad dressing (the server said it was GF, and even checked in back) but we are not sure exactly which food item here did it. They brought her out a separate bottle of Lachoy soy sauce that did say in small type “gluten free” to go with her salmon and tuna rolls. The server was nice but initially said that everything on the menu could be made GF, which seemed odd since there was all kinds of tempura things on the menu.

Ordered to-go. The girl who took my order was so very helpful and considerate! Everything I ordered gf was packaged separately and labeled! So so exciting to find a sushi place I can trust.

They have GF soy sauce and will make GF rolls for you! I usually get the salmon and Philadelphia roll and I’ve never gotten sick. Delicious and fresh !
