Had a horrible experience. They kept changing their minds about what was GF and tried to serve me plain chicken with no sauce at all (I ordered GF teriyaki.) They finally got me something else they promised was GF and I got SO sick. I’ll never go back.

Their sticky rice is NOT truly gf. It’s made w regular white vinegar. Plz be aware of this. And for the love of god tell me HOW other celiacs are actually eating white vinegar & supposedly not having any reaction at Hiro?? I spoke to the manager today & he was very receptive to this info

This is a safe option and the sushi is good, but if you want to go during happy hour, just know that basically the only GF options on the happy hour menu are California rolls and sweet potato fries.

Wide variety of gf options. I’m a sensitive celiac and have eaten here numerous times with no problems. Sesame chicken is our family favorite.

I eat here often and have never been sick. The staff is understanding and very helpful. I was told they have a separate area to cook gluten-free entrees. I never even have to ask the staff to provide gluten-free soy sauce. Cooked and sushi options are gluten free.
