Fantastic, well-knowledgeable owner who knew exactly what was gluten free, was able to explain their anti-contamination practices, and intentionally creates sushi and dishes that are celiac-friendly. They even carry gf soy sauce. Best sushi and pad Thai we’ve ever had!
