Have come here many times with no issue. They recently moved to a different location on Sparks BLVD and I am not impressed. If you are going to offer gluten free... maybe you should not place rolls with gluten in front of people eating gluten free and say they are gluten free. Immitation crab IS NOT GLUTEN FREE. We kept telling the server that the non gluten free rolls were for my parents but the guy still kept putting them in front of us. My boyfriend has a severe gluten allergy and the guy couldn't wrap his head around that apparently. Also, since they moved it seems as though they are not very organized and not very good at communicating. Will not be back.

called ahead and asked if they could accommodate celiac and cross contamination, they said yes. upon arrival I spoke with the hostess to find the procedure they use to ensure no cc. she told me they have an entirely differnet prep station.

I went to town and ordered 4 rolls, two which had crab listed as an ingredient. I asked if they sub out the imitation crab meat, and she said yes.

when the food arrived two of the 4 had the imitation crab meat. I spoke to the manager and after a scary conversation he assured me he would get it taken care of.

I watched him prep, pulling only new items onto a clean Station. I did not end up getting sick but it was very stressful. it was nice of him to accommodate too
