I cannot figure out the 5 star reviews they have a total 5 GF tools under the vegetarian section but on speaking with the manager all other rolls have fried tempura and they cannot be modified

Oh my goodness gracious. These guys actually know about celiac and offer gf options. Perfect 5/7, would sushi here again.

As of 6/28/22, they no longer offer gf soy sauce.

Ordered the GF items from the menu and it was safe for me.

They understood completely when I asked if things could be made gluten free, they said anything that was fried (Like tempura) is the only things with gluten. I got the California Rolls, Sake Sushi and Avacado Cucumber Rolls and they even offered me some GF soya sauce, didn't get a reaction from any of it and it was delicious! Service was fast and amazing, this is a takeout place only there's no Dine in option.
