They seem to be able to make most of their Chinese food dishes gluten free, including their Salt and Pepper Squid, and their Ginger Beef. These two dishes in particular are outstanding, best we have ever experienced. We have been going to Ho Won for over 5 years & my wife (Celiac) has never had a problem.
