In einer separaten Backstube werden donnerstags glutenfreie Backwaren hergestellt. Das Personal kennt sich aus und ist kompetent in der Beratung. Die Zutaten können auf der Homepage eingesehen werden. Sämtliche Produkte waren schmackhaft und empfehlenswert. Ich wurde sehr freundlich beraten und alle Fragen wurden zufriedenstellend beantwortet.

it is a health food store, also an organic shop with a completely gluten-free bakery. but they don't bake every day, so it's best to call ahead. at christmas time they organize a really great christmas market with gluten-free bread and pastries
