Review of Hog Heaven Bar B-Q

Staff are very aware if gluten sensitivity issues. They let me know before we even got to the table that all fried foods are put in the same fryer. All sauces and non-fried meats are gluten free. My plate was marked as gluten free by being covered with a paper container. The waitress offered to bring my husband my bread since he is not gluten free. And the ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. Yum!
