Once I mentioned I was Celiac the server went right into walking me through the menu. They are without a doubt informed and accommodating. Way cool.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Knowledgeable staff. Rubs and sauces were all gluten free but server was quick to say deep fryer was not desperate so anything deep fried there would be cross contamination. Had the St Louis ribs and Caesar salad (no crutons) and it was delicious!
